The property has an excellent location in a quiet residential area in the city centre of Athens. It is within walking distance of the centre and many tourist attractions. The apartment is located in a residential area surrounded by many hotels, big supermarkets (Carrefour 100m, Bazaar 50m, SPAR 150m), bakeries (50m), restaurants, bars and taverns (150m), sports' playgrounds (10m away), parks and piazzas (20m), a church (150m). National Theatre of Greece is 700m from the apartment, while The National Archaeological Museum is just 700m away.
A few blocks away, you will find a local piazza with a Greek-Orthodox Church in the middle surrounded by several local Greek bars, bakeries, taverns and restaurants, where you can experience real Athenians daily life.
Every Wednesday, The Farmers’ Market takes place near the apartment (50m away) in street Chiou and/or Psaron, with very fresh, tasty and cheap fruits, vegetables, seafood...
